Spun Iron Cloche

Heavy-duty iron baking cloche handmade by Netherton Foundry, a small Shropshire-based foundry creating cast and spun black iron for kitchens and the outdoors. With a rounded spun bell shape for retaining steam, improving the crust of breads, especially sourdough. Pre-seasoned with flax oil that has been grown and harvested in West Sussex; this gives it a natural washable non-stick finish. Finished with a cast iron handle. Works well with the Netherton Foundry Iron Griddle for outdoor cooking.
