Boasting outstanding power and a large product capacity, this Hobart EDGE12 12" manual meat slicer replaces the Hobart EDGE-1 as the perfect solution for medium-duty slicing applications! This model comes with an extra large product tray and slide rod extension so you can feed even large loaves of meat and cheese, while its 12" diameter chrome-plated carbon steel knife. A new and improved 1/2 hp motor provides added power for slicing cheese, and a wide, 11 1/2" carriage span allows for a smooth glide and even easier operation than the EDGE-1.
